About Vikaash "Vik"

Hello,

I have been a full-time educator for the past 16 years in South Florida. I started off in the Miami-Dade County Public School system as a teacher then transferred to the School District of Palm Beach County. In Palm Beach County, I have served students in many roles. I have worked as an elementary math teacher for 4 years, the vice-principals of 2 elementary schools for 9 1/2 years, and currently a specialist mentoring all new assistant principals for the past 2 1/2 years. I have always sought to put systems, measures, and structures in place that ultimately benefits students. Along the way, I have been trained teachers who aspire to become assistant principals. My love for the education system will always be at the forefront.

At the age of 17, I move from the paradise islands of Trinidad and Tobago to the United State of America to pursue a college degree. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2004 and a Masters of Science in Elementary Education in 2005 from Florida Memorial University. In 2009, I earned my Specialist Degree in Leadership Development and in 2014, I finished my college journey by earning my Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida Atlantic University.

My passion has always been surrounding real estate matters. I earned my realtors' license in May 2020. I have been fortunate enough to have mentors in the field who have guided me grow as an agent. I am proud to serve as part of the eXp Realty team in which we have closed beyond 450 transactions. Our team consists of over 200 agents all of whom support each other.
