Billi Tomlinson, Broker Associate, is a Real Estate Agent in South Florida who relocated here from Utah in 2010. She likes to spend some of her free time, reading books, riding Bicycles, cooking, and investing in Real Estate & the Stock Market. After living & working in South Florida the past 10 years, her knowledge in the local communities is extensive & continues to grow as the communities do. Billi brings over 7 years of Real Estate experience to Exp Realty. Prior to transitioning into Real Estate, Billi focused her efforts in the hospitality industry, which has enhanced her Real Estate Career, by strengthening her attention to detail, problem solving and relationship skills. Billi is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors & Emerge Broward. All of these keep her engaged in the local current events and creating relationships with the community.
Billi has received many awards like Rising Star from Women's Council of Realtors and nominations like Young Professional of the Year from the Realtors of Broward & Palm Beaches.
