WHO ARE WE?

I'm SUSAN VERNON, the creator of FLORIDA LIFESTYLE - LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN!

I successfully sold new construction communities in New Jersey for 35+ years for national and local builders. I grew up in Jersey City and have lived and worked throughout the entire state.

In 2023 I was ready for my "NEW LIFE" and moved to Boca Raton. I LOVE IT and obtained my FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE in 2 weeks.

My passion is real estate and living a lifestyle that makes me feel like I'm on vacation every day. As a "Baby Boomer" I cherish my family and grandchildren, but also want to enjoy my life!

I'm excited for my buyers who are looking to relocate or purchase a vacation home in the new "resort style" communities that are springing up and selling quickly! I love luxury and the communities I'm selling in the PALM BEACH COUNTY area are the epitome of that!
