About Denise

Denise Mahoney began her career at a young age, showing strong entrepreneurial skills early in life. By the age of 18, she owned and managed a wholesale clothing store in São Paulo, Brazil, where she designed and sold clothing in bulk to retail stores worldwide. By age 19, her store broke sales records in a large five-story wholesale mall that served retailers from around the world. 
  1. 2002, Denise moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she quickly learned English and Spanish. 
  2. 2004, she obtained her Real Estate and Mortgage licenses and began her career in South Florida real estate and lending. 
  3. 2006, she successfully completed her first short sale transaction and quickly recognized the growing mortgage crisis. She built a team specializing in refinancing adjustable-rate mortgages, loan modifications, and short sales, helping hundreds of homeowners avoid foreclosure.
  4. 2008, Denise and her team expanded their business into corporate owned and distressed property sales. Through dedication and hard work, she and her team were recognized for six consecutive years as one of the most successful real estate teams in the state of Florida and along the East Coast of the United States. 
Denise Mahoney has over 20 years of experience in South Florida as a licensed Realtor with eXp Realty and as a Mortgage Loan Officer along with over 30 real estate certifications.

Denise is the proud mother of three children and has been married for over 27 years. She strongly believes in faith, family, discipline, and hard work. Outside of real estate, she enjoys camping, boating, snow skiing, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
