Her desire to build rapport with her clients comes from her 20 plus years of experience in the banking industry. Katrina’s specific areas of expertise include providing excellent customer service, building relationships, managing operations, and coaching staff for excellence and accuracy. She also advises clients and guides them with questions regarding buying a home, building a family and retirement planning.

When Katrina is not helping her client’s, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is a travel business owner and loves to travel abroad. She is also a crafter and loves being creative. She enjoys swimming, walking, cooking, exercising, healthy eating, family and community events and is actively involved in church.
