Hi! I'm Kristy Holm, owner and team leader of the Welcome Holm Group. My approach to real estate is based on my core values which have served me, my family and my clients well. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial and personal decisions you will make, and why I pay close attention to the details. A successful real estate transaction has many moving parts, and is incredibly complicated. I am borderline obsessed with making sure that every detail of every transaction gets handled properly, that every deadline is met, and that things are done correctly. This is my passion, not a hobby! I invest in myslef and pass on my education and experience to you!  I am an award winning, certified negotiating expert in Real Estate. I also have Interior Design experience utilizing the same software architects use to draft construction documents.
